Liquid Chimeras is the first European exhibition by Entangled Others, the artistic duo comprising Sofia Crespo and Feileacan McCormick. Curated by Eleonora Brizi, the exhibition explores the theme of the radical incompleteness of our knowledge of the oceans: where data fails, art begins. Through artificial intelligence, 3D printing and generative sound, the works make visible what escapes direct perception, from deep-sea ecosystems to hypothetical life forms shaped by computational imagination. A central work, Liquid Strata: Argomorphs, born from a scientific collaboration with oceanographer Joan Llort, translates gaps in ocean data into sculptural objects that sit between biological documentation and creative invention.
