L’Appartamento by Artemest returns during Milan Design Week 2026 to the historic Palazzo Donizetti in Milan. The fourth edition of the exhibition celebrates “Italian Grandeur,” paying tribute to the country’s artistic, architectural, and artisanal heritage through an immersive journey set within the frescoed rooms of the 19th-century palazzo. Five international interior design studios — Sasha Adler Design, March and White Design, Rockwell Group, Charlap Hyman & Herrero, and Urjowan Alsharif Interiors — reinterpret five Italian cultural capitals: Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples, and Palermo. Each space becomes a contemporary narrative inspired by the history, atmospheres, and traditions of these cities.
The rooms showcase a curated selection of furniture, lighting, and decorative objects crafted by some of the finest Italian artisans from the Artemest platform, creating a dialogue between tradition and contemporary design. For the first time, the experience also extends to the palace courtyard, offering visitors a multisensory journey into the heart of Italian design excellence
